Microsoft Windows sucks, Open source rulez !!!

With the advent of open source, which offers everything you need, why should anyone compromise with what MS has to offer? Do rethink before using the boat load of crap shipped in the new OS. You are paying a hefty amount and so don't feel exploited later (I did when I tested the beta version, luckily didn't pay anything). Its high time one realizes this and wake up to the era of open source which is fast catching up and is guaranteed to take over the way computing is done soon. There is so much on the other side of this blessed earth where they offer everything for free, that many people haven't had a chance to explore yet. Seriously, it's worth a try. If you are fed up living inside a caged world, you will be startled after making the switch on what you have been deprived of all these days. There is a plethora of wares which will give you an out of the box (world!!) experience...To start with try this popular flavor of Linux OS that I'm using...

Ubuntu is a well constructed Linux OS, which has very nicely packaged all the goodies of the world with an extremely friendly UI...and of course its free, and you get a richer experience with better performance...There are three popular flavors to it..all of them built on the same Linux kernel, but has a different desktop manager to meet the needs of various types of users...They are namely, GNOME, KDE & XFCE...XFCE is the litest version of Linux..but you can enjoy a fully loaded package if you have good cpu power with KDE(kbuntuu) or GNOME(Ubuntu)..

Linux is redefining the world of computing...you name it solaris, apple, vms etc..all these are bred from the seeds sown by Linux...and of course anything which is free and does everything you need is what the world is headed towards. Web leaders like Google, Yahoo etc have realized that. Its a moot point to charge people for software. So people think about it, would you rather open up and be free or live in a constricted world where you are surrounded by the walls of monopoly...

The Google Chrome OS 

Chromium OS is an open-source project that aims to build an operating system that provides a fast, simple, and more secure computing experience for people who spend most of their time on the web. This is google's plan to crush MS and apple by offering this free of cost. This is alos based on Linux.
